This “Sizzle Reel” (5:39 running time) was edited from approximately 2 hours of recordings, which took place between December 5, 2015 and February 26, 2016. These brief interviews with seven project participants were conducted to obtain material that could be used to promote the project and preview the information and personalities that the HomeGrown Stories Project will record and preserve.

The photographs and documents contained in these videos are from some of the growers, who took the chance to save these important materials even though they might have been used as evidence that they were involved in illegal activities. These personal collections are an invaluable look into the past and help bring their personal stories to life.
